The inauguration of the largest government social housing complex in Asia was held on a grand scale.
Kollur: The opening ceremony of Asia’s largest government social housing complex was held on a grand scale. CM KCR inaugurated 15,660 double bedroom houses built on an area of 145 acres in Kollur of Sangareddy district. This housing complex has been named as ‘KCR Nagar 2BK Dignity Housing Colony’. CM handed over the allotment documents to six beneficiaries during the inauguration of the houses. Later, KCR, Minister KTR and other public representatives inspected the houses there.
Each house in this residential complex has an area of 560 square feet. Divided into 117 blocks. G+9, G+10, G+11 floors are built each. Houses have been built on 37 percent of the land. The remaining 63 percent of the land has been provided with infrastructure.
