The International Chamber of Media Committee of the International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry (ICMEI) has appointed senior journalist Binish Thomas, as Secretary of the Media Committee for the tenure from July 2026 to July 2027.
According to the appointment letter issued by ICMEI, Binish Thomas will coordinate the activities and meetings of the Media Committee, assist in organizing media conferences, seminars, workshops and international events, strengthen relations with journalists, editors, media organisations and industry professionals across the world, and support media communications, documentation and committee reports.
He will also promote the objectives and initiatives of ICMEI and perform other responsibilities.

The appointment is effective from July 2026 to July 2027.
