A homemaker from Anekal has levelled serious allegations against Central Range DIG,S.Girish, claiming that her husband,a realtor, was falsely implicated in a murder case after refusing to share profits and make the senior police officer a partner in his real estate ventures.

According to Sandhya, her husband,Prasad Rao,a real estate developer involved in projects in Anekal and Hosur, had been under severe stress for the past month and had withdrawn from family interactions.

She said she later learnt through media reports that he had been arrested by Bannerghatta police in connection with a murder case.
Maintaining that her husband had no involvement in the crime,Sandhya alleged that the case was part of a conspiracy to falsely implicate him.
In her video appeal, she urged the Home Minister to order an impartial inquiry into the allegations, ensure the safety of her family, and take action if any wrongdoing is found.
Sources close to the family also alleged that the DIG wielded considerable political influence through his connections with senior political leaders.
