*Karnataka Government to Issue a Protocol Order.
*Dwarakanath isn’t scared of threats.
Chief Minister D K Shivakumar today said the State government would issue a new protocol order to allow people’s representatives and other dignitaries from Karnataka to participate in the first aarti at Tirupati.
Speaking after laying the foundation stone for Sri Shanmukha Subramanya Temple at Banashankari, the CM said, “The first aarti performed daily at Tirupati belongs to Karnataka.
As per protocol, man order will be issued by the state government to ensure that the people’s representatives, officials,and other dignitaries from Karnataka are allowed access to first aarti.”
“Only the Chief Minister of the State had that privilege till now.On a daily basis,the aarti was witnessed by a special officer of the Karnataka government in Tirupati.
I have instructed officials to issue an order to extend this privilege to any dignitary who visits—be it ministers, MLAs,senior officials, judges, or anyone representing the government,”he said.
“Many MLAs and public representatives have gone to Tirupati and returned without getting darshan.Now,they will be given the opportunity to stand before the deity and receive the aarti.
This opportunity has been provided so that those who serve this state can pray to God.This is the major announcement that will happen during my tenure,”he said.
“Ever since I was released from jail,our family deity had not been taken to Tirupati.During my recent visit,I thought about this.S M Krishna had formed a Karnataka Trust at Tirupati and made me its Chairman with the intention of building a grand structure.
But our government’s term ended before that could be done.Since I wasn’t continued,that work couldn’t be carried out.There was a seven-acre plot there,granted back in the era of the Maharajas,”he said.
*A Prediction Made by Dwarakanath Would Be Big News if Revealed:
“Dwarakanath had long spoken about building a Subramanya temple.I had told him the right occasion would come. Now that occasion has arrived.
Dwarakanath is like a revered guru to me.Dwarakanath had once made a prediction.If I were to reveal it here,it would become big news,”he said.
“Gangadhara Ajjaiah had said that humanity’s dharma should be divine,and that peace for the world comes only through dharma.
Whatever the form of worship,the devotion is one. Whatever the deed,the loyalty is one.God is one,but has many names,”he said.
“C V Shastri introduced me to Dwarakanath.He has been guiding me since I was thirty-five years old.If I were to recount all our interactions and transactions that have taken place between him and me,it would fill an entire history book,”he said.
*Dwarakanath Has Never Been Afraid of Threats:
“Dwarakanath too has faced criticism.Even the media has attacked him,asking if he is speaking on behalf of D K Shivakumar.
For twenty-five years,he has been threatened plenty of times.But he has never been afraid of those threats. Many chief ministers- Devaraj Urs,S M Krishna,Dharam Singh have sought his counsel,”he said.
