Three staff members working in the Mahalakshmipuram Sub-Division of the West Zone have been relieved from duty due to dereliction of responsibilities.

In accordance with the directives issued during the meetings held on July 1st and 2nd, 2025,addressing public grievances and issues in various wards of the West Zone, and as per the meeting proceedings circulated on July 14th,2025,all officials were instructed to upload ward-level complaints onto the Sahaaya 2.0 platform and take necessary action for their resolution.

Today, during an early morning inspection by the Chief Commissioner in Ward-102,Vrushabhavathi Nagar, Mahalakshmipuram Division, several lapses were observed.

These included potholes on roads, garbage dumped along pedestrian pathways, building debris scattered on footpaths, accumulation of solid waste along roadsides, and uncleared drains.

Moreover,no action had been initiated to resolve public complaints, and residents voiced serious concerns over these issues.

Despite clear instructions in the July 14th proceedings that failure to register and resolve ward-level complaints on the Sahaaya 2.0 platform would be treated as non-compliance with official directives, the concerned staff failed to take any appropriate action.

Given the serious negligence, irresponsibility, and unsatisfactory performance of these employees, and in view of public interest and administrative integrity, the West Zone Commissioner,Suralkar Vikas Kishor, has ordered their immediate relief from duty in Ward-102.
