The special court of economic offences on Tuesday adjourned bail application of Ranya Rao Wednesday giving more time for the DRI officials to file objections.
Ranya Rao who is presently the prime accused in the gold smuggling case,has been remanded to judicial custody after DRI took her into custody for three days to question and record her statement.
Meanwhile the CBI which is also probing the case searched her house in Lavelle road and recovered loads of information for further investigation.
The officials checked her house,KIADB office and the wedding venue.The officials checked her wedding video and listen the details of the guests and the nature of jewels she and her family members wore.
