*Don’t hate anyone; carry everyone along together.

*Protect your vote in the SIR.

*Bring Congress back to power in 2028.

*Siddaramaiah has acted as he promised.

*Criticisms of BJP and JD(S) have died; our works have endured.

Chief Minister D K Shivakumar today rolled out an open invitation to Janata Dal (Secular) party workers by saying that his doors were always open for them.

“This D K Shivakumar is there for Janata Dal workers too.My door is open to you as well. You can make use of me and seek help,”he said while addressing several gratitude events in his home constituency of Kanakapura today.

“I am ready to do good for you.God grants neither boons nor curses, but only grants opportunities. You must make use of the opportunities you receive.

In the past,we had supported Anitha Kumaraswamy and Kumaraswamy in order to keep the BJP at bay.I will not discuss now what happened back then,”he said.

*Don’t hate anyone;carry everyone together:

“In this constituency, everyone will be carried along together.I will not blame anyone, saying they did not support us in the Lok Sabha elections.

Everyone must be treated equally.Mistakes happen, forgive that. You made me win in the Assembly elections, continue to support our people in the same way going forward.

Let us all move ahead as one.Our leaders should not harbour hatred against anyone.Pray that their hearts undergo a change,”he said.

*Siddaramaiah has acted as he promised:

“During my difficult times, you prayed for me,made vows on my behalf, fought struggles, and even got charged with cases.Your hard work has now borne fruit.

Even though it was delayed by a few days,Siddaramaiah has acted as he promised.I must act according to the party’s guidance.

You must enable me and Siddaramaiah, working together, to make the Congress party win in the 2028 elections and form the government,”he said.

“I do not believe in discrimination based on caste or religion. As Kuvempu said, this state must be made a ‘garden of peace’ for all communities.I have regarded people of all communities as my brothers,”he said.

*Not a single vote from the Kanakapura constituency should be lost:

“Everyone must be cautious about the SIR (Special intensive Review). If you assume your vote is secure and sit idle, the vote will be lost.Everyone must submit applications once again.

If you do not submit an application, you will have no vote and will also lose the benefits of any government schemes.

You will receive nothing—neither Gruha Lakshmi nor Gruha Jyothi.Keep your vote within the Kanakapura constituency itself,”he advised.

*The criticisms of the BJP and JD(S) have died -our works have endured:

“No one should give up farming.Take up sericulture, horticulture, and dairy farming.Don’t go to Bengaluru to do street vending or to work in shops.Stay right here and live a life of self-respect.

For that, water has been provided to thousands of acres of farmland.Do not sell your land under any circumstances.

You know what has happened to the value of land here after this district was renamed Bengaluru South. When the district’s name was being changed, the BJP and the JD(S) criticized it.Criticisms die;works endure.

Likewise, their criticisms have died. You are all children of the Bengaluru district,”he said.
