Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan Must Be Held Accountable;His Resignation is Welcome: Deputy Chief Minister Dr.G.Parameshwara

Deputy Chief Minister,Dr.G.Parameshwara welcomed the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, stating that it reinforces the principle of ministerial accountability in matters of national importance.

Speaking to the media in Tumakuru,Dr.Parameshwara said that the NEET examination is a crucial opportunity for lakhs of students across the country to build their careers.

However,the alleged question paper leak severely undermined the credibility of the examination process and caused immense distress to aspiring students and their families.

He noted that the incident sparked widespread protests across the country,with students and youth demanding the resignation of the concerned Union Minister and strict action against all those directly involved in the question paper leak.

Dr.Parameshwara further said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi had assured the nation that stringent action would be taken against those responsible for the irregularities.

He expressed hope that accountability would extend to every individual involved in the incident.

Welcoming the Minister’s resignation,Dr.Parameshwara said it sends a strong message that those entrusted with responsibility will also be held accountable for lapses occurring under their watch.

He added that this would establish an important precedent and strengthen accountability in public administration in the future.
