The Central Cyber Crime police are on the lookout for an unidentified man for blackmailing a Delhi based businessman by uploading morphed pictures of his daughter in a dating website .
Based on the complaint filed on Saturday,the police have registered an FIR charging the accused under section 67 (publishing or transmitting obscene material in electronic form) under IT act for further investigation.
The complainant said that the accused had approached him on mobile phone from three different numbers, which he had shared with the police,informing him that the nude picture of his daughter uploaded on a dating website.They also shared the link with him .
The accused had even uploaded the morphed pictures of his family members to blackmail him and demand ransom.
The accused had further threatened to upload the pictures on other websites,if the money is not paid.
The cyber crime police are trying to track down the accused.
