36 Year-old labourer was killed when KSRTC bus knocked him down at terminal 2 in the early hours of Monday.
The deceased has been identified as Biswadeb das, West Bengal working as centring work at Shivamogga.
Biswadeb had come to meet his friend on Monday morning and was moving around looking for the transport to reach his friend’s house .
The driver failed to notice Das and moved the bus knocking him down and ran over .
The Upparpet traffic police have registered a case of death due to negligence against the driver for further investigation.
