An FIR filed against RR Nagar MLA,Munirathna for allegedly threatening to abduct a Congress party worker and threatened him with dire consequences warning him for working for his party’.
Based on the complaint by Samuel,resident of Lakshmi Devi nagar the Nandini layout police on Tuesday registered an FIR against Munirathna and others.
Samuel in his complaint said that munirathna used his party workers to force him to come to his office for talks and offered money and jobs for him to join BJP party and work for him .
When Samuel refused Munirathna threatened him with dire consequences and forced him to wear BJP party’s safron shawl and took pictures to blackmail him.
He was dropped back home and even then his associates warned him to stay away from Congress and work for BJP.
We have registered a complaint and investigation is on.
