A 17 year old student was stabbed to death close to the college he was studying in manjunathnagar in Basaveshwara nagar on Monday.
Suhail,student of 1st PU was returning from college when two men on bike confronted him and stabbed repeatedly before fleeing the spot
Suhail was taken to near by private hospital where he succumbed due to deep injury on the thigh.
The murder was recorded on a nearby CCTV which has been obtained by police to identify the accused.
Suhail had a fight with few people during bakrid and this could be the reason,the police suspected.
A special team formed to track down the assailants a senior officer said.
