A hoax bomb threat was emailed to the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) headquarters,claiming explosives were planted at the high-security establishment.
The email confirmed hoax after thorough security checks by police and bomb disposal squads found no suspicious objects or explosives.
The email was received by the ISRO staff post lunch and alerted the police.The police along with BDDS rushed to the spot,evacuated the premises and conducted a thorough check before declaring it as hoax.
The Sanjaynagar police have taken up a case to track down the sender.
