The Sampigehalli police have arrested a vegetable vendor from Hassan and recovered 30 grams of MDMA worth Rs.3.4 lakh from him.
The accused Wasim Akram,a BBM graduate used to supply vegetables to the city and sell drugs .
Based on a tip off,a team of police caught him red handed while waiting for his clients to sell drugs his customers according to the police are students and private firm employees.
He confessed to be sourcing the drugs from his contact identified as Firoz,who is presently on the run, efforts are on to track him down.
