A 14-year-old high school boy ended his life, leaving behind a death note at his house in Banagiri in Banashankari in the CK Achukattu police station limits on Monday.
The deceased has been identified as Gandhara,a Class 7 student at a private school in Banashankari.His mother Savitha is a singer and father Ganesh Pradesh is a musician.
Senior officer told reporters that Gandhara took the extreme step on Sunday night by hanging himself from a rod in his room using a towel.
His father and brother,who went woke up him around 5:30 am,found him hanging and alerted the police.
He left behind a note apologizing to his family members mentioning his school friends and wrote“Forgive Me Mom,”the police said,adding that the exact reason for his step is yet to be ascertained .
The police further added that Gandhara’s mother was in Australia to attend a concert.The police have taken up a case of un natural death and awaiting post mortem report to ascertain the exact reason for his extreme step
