The DJ Halli police on Tuesday registered a case of human trafficking against three persons including two women for buying a new born baby girl for ₹ 2,5 lakh from her mother a fortnight ago .
The complainant, Naseema Babu,33,resident of Vinoba Nagar in her complaint admitted that she had sold her fourth new born child to Amuda, Ramya and Kannan , since she was in dire need of money.
Naseema was married to Dastagir, 15 years ago and the couple had four children including two daughters and two sons.
The youngest daughter she had sold it soon after the delivery at Ghosha hospital in Shivaji Nagar on July 26.
Later she realized the mistake and demanded the accused and get back her baby.When the accused refused,Naseema approached the police and filed a complaint.
The police are now trying to track down the accused to rescue the baby .
