Second FIR Against RCB,Karnataka Cricket Body, Event Management Company In Bengaluru Stampede

The cubbon park police have registered second FIR against RCB franchise,DNA and KSCA management following a complaint filed by a 25-year-old designer at a private firm from RR nagar who was caught in the stampede and sustained fracture injuries.

Based on a complaint filed by Rolan Gomes,the police have charged the accused under endangering lives and safety of others under section 125(a) of BNS on Thursday.

According to the complaint Gomes saw the social media account of RCB franchise announcing victory parade program and offering free passes at the gates.

He along with two of his friends went to the chinnaswamy stadium in Wednesday at gate no. 17. There were thousands of people had gathered already and the police opened a gate which was narrow .

Due to the heavy rush the he lost control and fell and trampled.Many people who fell and trampled fell unconscious.

Due to this Gomes right arm shoulder dislocated.He was rescued by few people and rushed him to a private hospital.

The RCB franchise,DNA and KSCA management created confusion by announcing about the program and free passes lead to the choas .

There was no arrangement or facilities which lead to the incident and hence legal action should be taken against them, the complaint,stated.
