27-year-old woman was stabbed to death by her husband over a domestic row in Hebbagodi on Wednesday .
The deceased Sriganga was working as contract employee with Dmart while the accused Mohan Raju was worked in a private firm and presently unemployed.
The couple had a six-year-old son.
Eversince Mohan quit the job,he was addicted to alcohol and used to come home drunk and fight with her frequently .
On Tuesday night he came home drunk and after a fight went out only to return in the morning,while Sriganga was busy sending her son to school.
Heated argument ensued when Mohan Raju accused her of having illicit affair.In the melee Mohan Raju stabbed Sriganga to death and escaped .
The Hebbagodi police have registered a case of murder and efforts are on to track down the accused .
