aking forward the fight between Union Minister and IPS officer to another level,a delegation from JDS MLAs met Chief secretary,Dr.Shalini Rajneesh and submitted a memorandum seeking action against Lokayukta SIT Chief,M Chandrashekhar for using derogatory words aginst the union Minister HD Kumaraswamy.
Chandrashekhar in a letter to his colleague accused Kumaraswamy for pressuring the officials to derails the ongoing investigations with baseless allegation and equated him with pig,citing Bernard sha quote.
The delegation in the petition said that Chandrashekhar who is Himachal Pradesh cadre officer,created fake documents citing the health grounds of his wife to get transfer to Karnataka Cadre.
There are many cases pending against him before the state government and no action has been initiated,the delegation said .
Citing the recent incident,Chandrashekhar used abusive and derogatory words against sitting Union Minister and demanded that the government should suspend the officer before initiating a high level inquiry into the incident .
Even the state opposition BJP party had taken serious objections against the officer and demanded strict action.
