Two among private firm manager and Cook killed in road accident in separate incidents in Bengaluru

Two persons including a 50-year-old manager of a private firm employee was killed and two others injured in separate road accidents reported in Whitefield and Banaswadi police station limits on Saturday morning.

According to senior officer,the under the Whitefield traffic police station,A bike rider Ranjan Rai,from west Bengal was returning home with his friend Kritika Singh,who is riding pillion.

The bike lost control on Varthur Kundalahalli gate and collided with a road divider and fell from the bike and sustained injuries .

The duo was taken to the hospital where doctors declared Ranjan Rai as dead while Kritika is recovering.

In another incident,a 23-year-old cook was killed while rider was injured when the scooter they were travelling slipped into the drain on HRBR main road on Saturday morning.

The deceased has been identified as Tara Badayik while the scooter rider Dileep was injured and recovering at the hospital .

The duo was heading to work when the accident occurred .

The police said that Dileep was riding the scooter in rash and negligent manner lost control and slipped into the open drain .

The duo sustained multiple injuries and passers-by helped them and rushed to the hospital near-by where Tara was declared as brought dead.
