Maharashtra’s Deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis launches 14th anniversary edition of Afternoon Voice

On the occasion of the 14th Anniversary of Afternoon Voice, the Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Devendra Fadnavis has launched the English daily of Mumbai at Vidhan Bhavan on 23rd August 2022. Afternoon Voice is self-funded publication of Mumbai and it has a global presence with its digital platform. This is the only parallel media house, which trains aspiring journalists by giving them vocational training.
Afternoon Voice editor Vaidehi Taman said “It was not very easy to walk this 14 years’ journey independently. I could possibility sustain in this business because of readers support and my team’s enormous efforts. We are here to creat space of independent think tanks”.
Digital editor of Afternoon Voice, Akshay Redij said “It is a great feeling when Deputy CM acknowledges the efforts of young journalists. Afternoon Voice trained many young journalists and they all are well-placed in mainstream media”.
