The Yelahanka police on Friday arrested Nigerian national and seized 1.4 kgs of MDMA , 6.5 kgs of Marijuana,seven mobile phones,Rs.28,000 cash and a scooter from him.
Base on a tip off a team of police led by Inspector,V Balaji raided a farm house in Palenahalli where the accused John Abraham was staying on rent and carrying out his drug peddling business .
The police have arrested him under NDPS act and looking out for his associate who is now on the run.
The accused would sell the drugs to his clients including college students and members of general public,the police said.
Finally Bengaluru police commissioner,C H Pratap Reddy has appreciated Addl CP East,A subramanyeshwara Rao,DCP Northeast,Dr Anoop A Shetty,ACP,Manoj Kumar ME,PI,V Balaji,PSI, Sunil Kumar KB,and Crime staff,as,Mahantesh Jalihal,Shivakumar,Nazeer,Mohan Babu,Nadaf,and Nagendra has been appreciated for the commendable job done by them in nabbing the Notorious peddler and Seized Synthetic Drugs from his possession a suitable reward will be given to whole team he added.
