Head Constable Saves Woman’s Life During Governor’s Convoy at Silk Board Junction

A head constable attached to Madiwala traffic police station Dattatreya YT who was deployed for the Governor’s convoy displayed remarkable presence of mind by saving the life of an unconscious woman at Silk Board Junction on Friday evening.

According to police sources,while the Governor’s convoy was passing through the junction,the head constable noticed a woman sitting unconscious inside a car.

Realising that she was in a medical emergency,he immediately stopped the vehicle,applied the handbrake to prevent any mishap,and rushed her to the nearest hospital along with Madiwala traffic inspector Smt.Eshwari Suresh.

As the message was passed to Police Inspector she immediately alerted the staff at Bommanahalli junction to clear the traffic to reach hospital soon for the treatment.

Doctors attended to the woman without delay,and timely medical intervention is believed to have averted a possible cardiac arrest.

Police officials said the head constable’s quick thinking and prompt action played a crucial role in saving her life.

The incident drew appreciation from bystanders and fellow police personnel,highlighting the alertness and humanitarian response of the officer while on convoy duty.

Finally for the good gesture and quick response by the head constable of Madiwala traffic police station Dattatreya YT and PI,Smt Eshwari Suresh’s life saving act the commissioner of Police,Seemant Kumar Singh,Joint CP traffic,Karthik Reddy,DCP Traffic South,Gopal M Byakod has appreciated the whole team for their life saving act.
