A woman on a Solo work trip was allegedly harassed by a group of men at a resort near the city,highlighting growing concerns over women’s safety in leisure spaces around Bengaluru.

According to a video shared on social media by victim, the incident occurred during her visit to a resort for official work.

She said a group of around 20–30 men,allegedly under the influence of alcohol,stared at her inappropriately while she was dining alone.

In the video,victim claimed that some of the men approached her and repeatedly asked her to dance with them.

Despite her refusal,one of the men reportedly persisted and continued to pressure her to join his colleagues.

She further alleged that the group later attempted to obtain her mobile number through her office staff, raising serious concerns about privacy and safety.

Victim then stated that she has filed a complaint with the police.However,there is no official confirmation yet on whether any action has been taken.

The video has since gone viral,triggering widespread outrage online.Several social media users condemned the incident,with many sharing similar experiences.

Some questioned workplace safety protocols,asking why a woman employee was sent alone for a meeting in such an environment,while others called for strict action against those involved.
