Home Minister,G,Parameshwara on Saturday said that the Special Investigation Team has more responsibility as crores of devotees have expressed their concern and awaiting for the truth .
Reacting to the opposition allegation that the government is also part of the conspiracy and demand for handing over the case to NIA,Mr.Parameshwara said that the SIT is probing it effectively and even government is also wants the probe to be completed soon.
It is east for everyone to level allegation but justifying it is difficult,let us wait for the SIT report and discuss on this later”,he said .
We have given the SIT term of reference when it was formed and do not check on the day to day development.
He further reiterated that there is no need for the case to be handed over to NIA .
Meanwhile SIT chief Pronab Mohanty,visited the home minister to update him about the case .
