The Criminal Investigation Department officials on tuesday arrested rowdy-sheeter Jagadisha,42,a prime accused in the murder of city based realtor and rowdy-sheeter,Shivaprakash,44,outside his residence near the Ulsoor Lake on July 15.
He was on the run since the murder and the police are on his lookout and got issued a Look out circular after realising that he had fled the country.The accused was arrested as soon as he landed in Delhi airport .
A gangster and associate of Byrathi Basavaraj, BJP MLA from Bengaluru.
The police had arrested all the accused but Jagga using his clout managed to escape to Chennai from their he reportedly fled to Dubai,Thailand and Srilanka before landing in Delhi airport .
Even though the family members of the deceased alleged that Shivaprakash was hacked to death due to property dispute,the police will question Jagga to ascertain the exact reason and the possible role of others .
The police earlier also booked MLA Basavaraju and questioned him many times based on the complaint by his family members accusing that he ordered the execution of the murder accused through Jagga who is a gangster,realtor and also rival of Shivaprakash.
