The Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) has been honored with two prestigious awards at the Asia’s Best Employer Brand Awards–2025,held in Singapore.
The corporation received recognition under the categories of:
1.Award for Institution Building
2.Best Inclusion Recruitment Program
After a gap of six to seven years,KSRTC successfully resumed its recruitment process and appointed 300 Technical Assistants,2,000 Driver-cum-Conductors,and 292 employees under Compassionate Grounds.
The entire recruitment process was carried out with utmost transparency,zero human intervention,and through computerized counseling for staff placement across depots.
Within the last one and a half years,KSRTC has completed the recruitment of nearly 2,600 personnel across various positions,an initiative that earned the corporation these two awards at the 20th Employer Branding Awards.
The awards were conferred at a grand ceremony held on August 11, 2025,at the Pan Pacific Hotel, Singapore.
