After nearly ten months of Bail period,Film Actor Darshan, Pavithra Gowda and five others arrested by the Annapoorneshwari Nagar police,RR Nagar Police for the third time remanded them to Central prison of Parappana Agrahara on Thursday.
The police following the SC order,arrested Pavithra Gowda,the prime accused in the court at her house and three others from,hours to execute the orders .
While Darshan was out of station,the message was communicated to him and he was arrested from his wife’s apartment in Hosakerehalli where he had come to see his son.
Darshan had gone to buy horse and went to meet the horse trainer in Tamilnadu when he was called to inform about the bail cancellation and asked to appear before the police.
According to the sources,Darshan in order to escape from the embarrassment and to avoid media glare, changed his SUV jeep and got into another car to enter the apartment from backdoor.
The police who were present at the apartment already made the arrest procedure and brought him to the AP Nagar police station,where the other accused were housed.
Family members including the brother of Darshan and mother of Pavithra Gowda had accompanied them to the station .
All the accused Darshan,Pavitra Gowda,Lakshman, Pradosh,Nagaraja were subjected to medical examination before escorted amidst tight security to the judge residence .
The Judge orders them Judicial custody and posted the next hearing to August 23.
Police had made a elaborate security arrangements in and around the station as hundreds of curious onlookers and media representatives gathered .
The other two accused identified as Anukumar and Jagadeesh arrested from Chitradurga are being brought back by police.
They will be produced before the court on Friday,S. Girish,DCP, West Division,supervising the development, said .
Meanwhile the prison officials have made elaborate security arrangements inside the prison to house Darshan and Pavithra Gowda,considering the earlier episode and security lapses .
The security arrangement is also being supervised by the senior prison officials as the SC while rejecting the bail warned strict action against the officials if the accused found having special privileges.

August,2024 Darshan was moved to Ballari Jail after a photo of him having a smoke with other jail inmates and a video of him making a video call from within the prison surfaced.
September, 2024 Bengaluru Police file a chargesheet naming Pavitra Gowda as A1,Darshan as A2 and 15 others.
October 30, 2024 Karnataka High Court grants Darshan a six week interim bail to get treatment for his back ache.
December 13, 2024 Karnataka High Court grants bail to Darshan, Pavitra Gowda and five others
January, 2025 Bengaluru City Police challenge in Supreme Court the bail granted to Darshan and others.
