Zone Commissioner (East) Snehal R, has instructed concerned officials to immediately clear the fallen electric poles and damaged signboards located on the right side of C.V.Raman Road,heading towards Mekhri Circle.
During a site inspection today, the Zonal Commissioner issued several urgent directives addressing cleanliness and maintenance issues observed in areas including Mekhri Circle,HQTC,and Palace Road.
*Directive to Clear Gravel Surrounding Drain Slabs:
At the vicinity near the HQTC gate,officials were instructed to promptly remove loose gravel and small stones surrounding newly installed drain slabs.
To ensure public safety,the Zonal Commissioner also directed that the footpath in front of HQTC be restored at the earliest.
*Removal of Cement Boulders Ordered:
She further instructed that the cement boulders near the footpath at Mekhri Circle be removed and that the pedestrian pathways and curbs be thoroughly cleaned.
*Palace Guttahalli Flyover Sweeping Operations:
The Zonal Commissioner directed officials to ensure that regular cleaning and maintenance activities are carried out both on top of and underneath the Palace Guttahalli Flyover.
Additionally,she instructed that all non-functional hanging wires, waste,debris,and discarded materials in front of the Porsche showroom be cleared to ensure unobstructed pedestrian access.
*Removal of Loose Stones from Roads and Footpaths:
Pourakarmikas were instructed to remove loose gravel, small stones, soil, and other waste materials from both the roads and footpaths.
*Notice to Apartment for Discharging Wastewater onto Footpath:
Observing wastewater flowing onto the footpath from Sumit Apartment the Zonal Commissioner instructed that a formal notice be issued to the apartment management and directed officials to take appropriate action.
The site inspection was attended by executive engineers, marshals, and officers from BBMP and BWSSB, among other concerned departments.
