Bengaluru Stampede: Deputy Commissioner Jagadeesh Serves Notices To KSCA,RCB Managements

A day after Chief Minister ordered magestrial probe, Deputy Commissioner of Bengaluru district urban, Jagadeesha G,visited Chinnaswamy stadium and said that notices will be issues to the KSCA,RCB and police for questioning .

Mr.Jagadish along with his team and a team of police personnel visited the areas where the stampede happened.He inspected the areas and obtained details .

Later speaking to the media,he said that notices will be issued to the people responsible and questioned them.

Refusing to comment on the lapses on part of the authorities led to the mishap, Mr.Jagadeesha said that the inquiry is just started.

Meanwhile city based advocate N Nataraja Sharma filed a complaint with the Vidhana Soudha police accusing Chief Minister Siddaramaiah,Deputy Chief Minister,DK Shivakumar along with office bearers of KSCA and RCB players for their gross negligence leading to stampede and death of 11 people .

According to him, the events Without obtaining requisite police clearance or ensuring adequate safety measures , including crowd control,medical preparedness,entry regulations including passes and barricades for law and order .

The police initially reluctant to take the complaint but after much persistence.
