Conduct the Survey Effectively Even on Public Holidays Like Sundays:Maheshwar Rao

BBMP Chief Commissioner Maheshwar Rao has directed officials to effectively carry out the Scheduled Caste Comprehensive Survey even on public holidays such as Sundays.

Addressing a meeting with officials at the respective zonal offices in South and Bommanahalli zones regarding the Scheduled Caste survey work,he emphasized the importance of wide participation in the initiative.

To ensure maximum participation,he directed Revenue Officers to carry out booth-level awareness campaigns in regions with a high Scheduled Caste population.

He also emphasized the need to prepare a list of enumerators along with their contact details to raise awareness at both booth and ward levels.

He urged that extensive publicity be undertaken within each ward to encourage full participation of the Scheduled Caste community in the survey.

*Utilize assistance from Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs):

A special campaign should be organized in apartment complexes with the assistance of Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs) to facilitate the survey process.

Officials were instructed to provide RWAs with accurate information regarding the survey operations in their premises.

The meeting was attended by BBMP Coordination Committee Member Secretary and Special Commissioner(welfare),Suralkar Vikas Kishor,Zonal Commissioners,Ramya and Digvijay Bodke,Zonal Joint Commissioners,Madhu and Ajit,Revenue Officers,and other concerned officials.
