*Police Provide No Protection,Congress Party Engaging in Goondaism.
Congress goons have taken the law into their own hands and attacked Chalavadi Narayanaswamy,with Minister Priyank Kharge behind it,alleged Opposition Leader R. Ashoka,expressing his outrage.
Speaking to reporters after submitting a memorandum to the Governor at Raj Bhavan,Ashoka said Congress goons attacked the car of Chalavadi Narayanaswamy, the Leader of the Opposition in the Legislative Council.
Narayanaswamy had spoken out against the government’s mistakes, but an attempt was made to assault him.
A similar attack had previously been made on C.T.Ravi. He accused the police of failing to provide protection to Narayanaswamy and preventing him from participating in a program.
Narayanaswamy was abused with derogatory words, and his car was pelted with paint and eggs.Death threats were also issued against him.
It is the duty of opposition leaders to hold the government accountable, and Narayanaswamy has done so rightfully.
A dog barking doesn’t ruin heaven,”Ashoka quoted a proverb,adding that such incidents are not new in Kalaburagi and have become a daily occurrence. He alleged that Minister Priyank Kharge is behind these attacks.
Who gave Congress workers the authority to take the law into their own hands? It is clear that the Congress party is engaging in goondaism in the state.
Ashoka stated that a request has been made to the Governor to provide adequate protection to Narayanaswamy and take action against the police and the goons involved.
