The Kalaburagi Railway Police on Monday tracked down a 33 year old labourer from Uttar Pradesh for making a hoax bomb call to the Solapur police in the early hours .
The accused informed the police that a bomb has been placed in KK express and will explode.
The Railway police as per the SOP conducted a thorough check on the KK express after it reached Wadi station before terming it as a hoax .
Based on a complaint,the police track down the accused identified as deep Singh and remanded him to judicial custody.
Probe revealed that he was mason at Guntakal and travelling from home town to work place in general bogie .
The accused had a fight with another passenger over a trivial row and in order to vent his ire,he made a hoax call from his phone and switched off the later.
Due to his mischief the schedule of the train disrupted as police and bomb disposal squad had to conduct the search operation and passengers had to be deboarded.
The police based on the call record details of the accused track him down and booked him under section 351(4) and 353(1) b of BNS for further investigation.
