Unidentified Armed men hacked Rowdy-Sheeter to death in Ramanagar

A 31-year-old rowdy sheeter was hacked to death by an unidentified armed men near the Harohalli KSRTC depot in the Ramanagar district on Saturday.

The deceased has been identified as Santosh,alias Karadi Santhu,a resident of Siddapura near Harohalli.

The incident occurred at around 11 am on Saturday When Santosh had gone to Harohalli town to work on bike and was returning home when a gang of four followed Santosh in a car and crashed into him from behind.

Due to the impact Santosh thrown up in the air and crashed on the ground.Before he could recover the gang attacked with lethal weapons killing him on the spot .

Passers-by alerted the police who rushed to the spot shifted the body for Post mortem before initiating investigation.

A murder case has been taken up and the police gathering CCTV footage in the vicinity is being reviewed to identify the car and the assailants.

Police strongly suspect that it old rivalry could be the reason for the murder .

The assailants suspected to have come from Bengaluru to carry out the fatal attack where Santosh was a rowdy sheeter.

Santosh was recently released from jail.He left south Bengaluru’s Konanakunte,where he was residing, and moved to Siddapura to make a life.
