A 40-year-old transgender was found to be stabbed to death at her house in Gayathri layout in KR Puram on Sunday.
The deceased has been identified as Tanushree married to Jagannath,three months ago .
She was found dead with multiple stab injuries and Jagannath was missing.
Tanushri was having difference with husband and suspected to be killed over property dispute,the officer said.
The deceased was part of the NGO.Working for the welfare of the transgender community.
The KR puram police visited the spot and conducted investigation before shifting the body for Post mortem .
Efforts are on to trace Jagannath who is absconding , the officer,said.
