A Couple and friend were killed when the car they were travelling jumped the median and crashed into the KSRTC bus coming from the opposite directions near Sangabasavanadoddi in Ramanagar on the Mysuru Bengaluru express way on Tuesday night .
The deceased have been identified as Liyakhath,50,a scrap dealer from Shivajinagar,his wife Asma,38 and Liyukhath friend Noor, 40.
The trio was heading to Mysuru in a car to visit their relatives, the police, said .
While Noor was driving the car in a normal speed but lost control and jumped the divider and crashed into the bus coming from opposite direction.
The impact was so high that the car was mangled and trio killed on the spot.
Passers-by rushed to the help and alerted Ramanagar traffic police .
The police rushed to the spot and cleared the vehicle and shifted the bodies for the post-mortem.
The police have registered a case and investigating further to ascertain the reason behind the accident.
