CM Revanth Reddy: Hydra will not stop

Telangana should not only be a future state… it should also be a clean state. Economic, cultural and environmental revival should take place. Hyderabad, which was once known as a lake city, has become a flood city today because of the sins of the rulers of the last ten years.

–Galla S Kiran Kumar, Bureau Chief

It is a yajna to protect nature,

we will continue it no matter how many obstacles
we face . I am not a farmhouse chief minister.
I will go to Delhi no matter how many times I go to Delhi to exercise the rights of the state.
It is an unforgivable crime to dispute the governance of the state according to the aspirations of the youth
on September 17.
CM Revanth Reddy on Prajapalana Day
today – Hyderabad

“Te Langana should not only be a future state but also a clean state. Economic, cultural and environmental revival should take place. Hyderabad, which was once known as a lake city, has become a flood city today because of the sins of the rulers of the last ten years. Hydra has been set up for their cleansing. Recently we have seen the destruction of nature in Kerala. That situation should not come to Hyderabad. There is no political dimension behind HYDRA. It is a holy work. Yajna to protect nature. Some land mafias… are trying to undermine the HYDRA target by putting the poor first. No matter how many obstacles, Hydra will not stop. Hydra guarantees the future of Hyderabad. This is my assurance. Chief Minister Revanth Reddy appealed to the people to cooperate. On the occasion of Prajapalana Day, Chief Minister Revanth Reddy paid tribute at the Martyrs Stupa in Gunpark on Tuesday. Later, the national flag was hoisted in the public garden and saluted by the police. CM Revanth spoke on this occasion. “In the last ten years, the economy of the state has been disrupted. 7 lakh crores of debt. In a situation where we have to pay Rs.6 thousand crores in arrears including principal and interest every month, putting the economy in a rut… we have taken a challenge to implement the six guarantees as promised to the people. We are trying to reorganize the debts. We are trying hard to get every penny from the Centre. I myself went to Delhi in this matter and gave petitions to all Union Ministers including the Prime Minister. They are criticizing my tours. I am not the chief minister of a farmhouse to rest at home without moving a leg. We are paying a few thousand crores as taxes from the state. It is our right to reclaim our share of it. CM clarified that he will go to Delhi as many times as he wants for that. “The People’s Government is committed to all-round development of Telangana, youth development, women’s self-reliance, farmers’ welfare, social and economic upliftment of the weaker sections of the Bardugu. September 17… henceforth is Public Governance Day. The people of Telangana are the sailors of this state. Their thoughts are our practice. The chief minister reiterated that their aspirations are our activities.

Today is the victory of Telangana people

“Oh Nizamu Pisachama… Canaradu is a king like you. You cut the strings and put them in the fire. Naa Telangana Koti Ratanala Veena”… was a poetic slogan written by Mahakavi Dasharathi Krishnamacharya against monarchy, dictatorship and tyranny on the land of Telangana 76 years ago. Doddi Komuraiya was a great person who sacrificed his life for the armed struggle. On this occasion, we pay tribute to the martyrs who sacrificed their lives in the armed struggle of that day. On September 17, 1948, the people of Telangana overthrew the Nizam’s monarchy and ushered in the reign of democracy. This is the victory of Telangana people. One called it merger, another called it liberation… The people’s government felt that it was not right to act in such a way as to dilute the sacrifices of the martyrs. That’s why adding a public aspect to this auspicious day, we named it as ‘Prajapalana Day’. It carries the message that all the races, castes and religions of the state will come together. It is inexcusable that some try to dispute September 17 to undermine this unity.

We expressed the aspirations of Telangana

Expressing the aspirations of the state of Telangana during the movement, the song ‘Jaya Jayahe Telangana Janani Jayaketanam’ written by Andeshree has been declared as the official song of the state. We have changed the abbreviation of the state from ‘TS’ to ‘TG’. Recently in the secretariat we performed Bhumi Puja for the idol of Mother Telangana. We are going to celebrate the unveiling of our mother’s idol on December 9 with grandeur. It has been decided to give film awards in the name of Telangana Cultural Sarathi Gaddar. We have named the women’s university in Kothi after the fighter Chakali Ailamma. In this way, we are moving towards Telangana’s cultural pre-glory in every thought.

A two-pronged strategy for youth development

The government is going ahead with a two-pronged strategy for youth development. We are strict on the control and elimination of drugs which have become a major challenge for their future. T-NAB has been strengthened. Sports are encouraged. With the establishment of Young India Skill University, we are going to sharpen the skills of the youth and ensure employment and job security. The establishment of Young India Sports University is going to be a turning point in the sports history of Telangana. We are creating a brand image for our state as a ‘future state’ on the world stage. Recently we laid the foundation stone of ‘Forth City’ at Begarikanche. There is no doubt that Hyderabad city will change with the beautification of Musi,” said Chief Minister Revanth Reddy.

The previous rulers thought that Te Langana culture means… their home culture and Telangana existence means… their family existence. Coming to power as your child, who knows the heartbeat of Telangana, marked the beginning of a cultural renaissance.

The previous rulers could not waive the farmer’s loan even up to Rs. Within six months of coming to power, we have deposited about Rs.18 thousand crores in the accounts of 22 lakh farmers. Even if there are problems here and there, we will solve them and ensure that every deserving one gets the benefit

Benefit of free travel for girls

“Our girls have benefited from 87 crore free bus rides. We have increased the range of Arogyasree from Rs.5 lakh to Rs.10 lakh. A new building is going to be constructed at Goshamahal for Osmania Hospital. We have benefited 43 lakh families by giving cooking gas to girls at Rs.500. We are giving free electricity to 49 lakh houses with less than 200 units of electricity consumption. We are going to build 4.50 lakh Indiramma houses this year. In the first three months of coming to power, we issued 30,000 job appointment documents. We completed the Group-1 prelims without any controversy. We conducted DSC with 11,062 posts. We are announcing jobs as per job calendar. In the next five years, we will give loans of Rs. lakh crore to 63 lakh girls. Chief Minister Revanth Reddy explained that Pravasi Prajavani Kendra has been set up in Praja Bhavan to solve the problems of Gulf workers. Many MLAs, MPs, MLCs, government advisors, Chief Secretary A. Shanthikumari, DGP Jitender and senior officials participated in this program.
