Mamata Banerjee slams governor for delaying TMC MLA Oath

Kolkata:Because of the recent issue in the Governors house,females are now afraid to go there,the Chief Minister today targets the governor for the complication of the oath of two TMC MLAs.

Complications are increasing with the oath of the two MLAs who won the by-election.The Raj Bhavan and Assembly’s tug-of-war reached a new level on Wednesday.

Now Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee opened her mouth from Navanna after taking oath.Targeting the governor, she said.

“The legislators have won by the verdict of the people, what right does he have to stop them?”.

The Chief Minister held an administrative meeting at Navanna on Thursday.In addition to several administrative orders,Mamata Banerjee opened up about the tension in the oath of the MLA who won the by-election.

Targeting the governor,he said,”My legislators have been sitting for a month after winning. Not allowed to swear. People elected them.What right does he have not to take the oath?”He also said,

“The governor will give responsibility to the speaker,or to the deputy speaker,otherwise he will come to the assembly himself! Why go to Raj Bhavan?Because of the recent issue of Raj Bhavan,females are afraid to go there.They complained to me.
