FIR against X user for posting twisted statement of chief minister of Karnataka to create hatred between two communities

The Cyber crime police on Monday registered an FIR against X account user for posting twisted statement of chief minister of Karnataka to create hatred between two communities .

Based on the complaint by J Saravanan,of Sriramapura, the police have registered a case charging the account holder idetify himself as BhikuMhatre (Modi’s Family) @Mumbaicha Don charging him under section IT act and also under section 153 A (promoting enmity between different groups on grounds of religion,race ) for further investigation.

According to the complaint the BhikuMhatre in his account posted a edited clip of the Chief minister statement on reservation of minorities and posted with objectionable comments .

This according to Mr.Saravanan is to create enmity and hatred among different communities and also to bring bad name to the congress party,he said .

Meanwhile the high grounds police on Tuesday filed an FIR against three people for posting objectionable post against deputy Chief Minister D K shivakumar .

The police charged Santosh Nelamangala,Kesari Samrat,and Rajesh Gowda on the charges of transmitting obscene materials on social media .

According to Harish Nagaraju,the complainant,the accused had posted obscene picture falsely portraying it as the DK Shivakumar on social media with objectionable and abusive comments.This is to defame Mr.Shivakumar and his party,he said .
