ld tyre godown situated in vittasandra in electronic City gutted in an accidental fire broke out on Tuesday.
Thick smoke engulfed the area creating panic among the residents.
According to eye witness the fire spread from the adjacent eucalyptus grove due to over heat which was spread to the tyre godown .
Several children of vittasandra government school situated close by were also panicked when they witnessed thick smoke followed by fire .
Two fire tenders rushed to the spot and put out the fire.
The owner of the godown said to be having no permission for the godown nor he has taken up any safety measures,a senior officer who supervised the operation, said.
