A 34-year-old private firm employee sustained burn Injuries when he tried to douse the fire that broke out in the pushcart parked roadside on Tuesday.
The injured Sheikh Naveed was passing by on his motorcycle when he noticed fire at the push carts.
As a good Samaritan he stopped his bike.Rushed to help pulled out a mat and tried to douse when the cylinder exploded.
Due to the impact Naveed sustained multiple burn Injuries.Along with him two more people including woman passing by were also injured and a car was damaged .
Based on the complainant the Bagaluru police registered a case against the owner of the pushcart charging him under section 285,negligent in respect to fire, 337,rash and negligent act to endanger human life and 268 , public nuisance under IPC for further investigation.
