A 27-year-old scooter rider was killed on the spot after he crashed into a vehicle due to rash and negligent driving near Manganahalli bridge on NICE road in Kengeri on Tuesday night .
The deceased Prashanth,resident of Doddabele,was a daily wage labourer and going to see his friend .
He was driving in rash and negligent manner and lost control and crashed into the vehicle from behind.
Due to the impact he lost control and fell on the road and succumbed to severe head injuries .
The Kengeri traffic police have registered a case under rash and negligent driving and death due to negligence for further investigations.
