*T.N Seetharam is a creative person with vast experience from various layers of life:Chief Minister Siddaramaiah.
Chief Minister Siddaramaiah said that he has been associated with T.N Seetharam for 40 years and that he is a creative person with vast experience from various layers of life.
He was speaking after releasing T.N Seetharam’s autobiography “Nenapina Putagalu” today.
“T.N Seetharam is a close friend with almost 40 years of association.I used to visit Lankesh Patrike office.
While I was a law student,Prof.Nanjundaswamy was a law college professor.He used to discuss with the students who were interested in politics”
He helped me to become a member of Samajwadi Yuva Janasabha.
In 1971,when Virendra Patil was the Chief Minister,I was involved in the movement against the government. Prof.Nanjundaswamy is the reason behind my political career”the CM said.
“Scooter Rider”
While I was working as an office bearer in the Janata Party,the party leaders encouraged me.Later,after winning the election as an independent candidate,I supported Ramakrishna Hegde and served as the Chairman of the Kannada Kavalu Samithi.
I worked as Minister of Sericulture in 1984.After winning in 1985 from Janata Dal,I worked as Minister of Animal Husbandry.
I had to lose the ministerial position due to unavoidable reasons.The Chief Minister recalled memories of riding on his scooter.
*Versatile Personality:
T.N Seetaram has vast experience in all stages of life. He is a multi-talented person involved in friendship, politics, art. He was a close friend of Ramakrishna Hegde.
If active in politics,there was a possibility him becoming an MLA.Because Ramakrishna Hegde was very popular, there was a wave in favour of the Janata Party.
Nenapina Putagalu is well written and truthful.The CM said that that he was very happy to release the work written by his good friend T.N Seetharam .
