embers of Bahutva karnataka and other organizations have been booked for staging a protest in support of Palestine on MG road on Monday.
City Police Commissioner,B.Dayananda,addressing the media on tuesday said that case has been registered for obstructing footpath,creating public nuisance and not obtaining permission to stage protest .
The demonstrators had gathered to demand that India condemn the Israeli attack on Palestine.
The Cubbon park police have detained as many as 25 protestors for protesting without required permission and later released on cases after booking case against them .
Notices will be issued to the orgainzers seeking explanation based on their response action will be taken, a senior police officer, said .
