Jain temple burglary case cracked by Ashoknagar police four member gang arrested recovered stolen property worth Rs.19.5 lakhs

T he Ashoknagar police arrested a gang of four tiles workers who had burgled a jain temple,where they had come to work from Rajasthan.

The accused has been identified as,Rajendra Kumar,Joshiram,Govind Kumar,Pravin@Pintu.

Senior officer told reporters,The accused had come to lay tiles at the temple situated in Shantinagar two months ago and hatched a plan to burgle the temple and loot the valuables.

As per the plan the accused kept a watch over the temple for sometime before gaining entry and escaped with 14 kgs of antique silver articles worth Rs.19.5 lakh.

Based on the complaint,the police took up the investigations and identify the accused through the CCtv cameras.

A team of police went to their native and arrested Joshiram and Reshmaram along with two of their associates and recovered the valuables which they had buried near their houses.
