Granting of ownership rights after 20 years on assigned lands should not be treated as giving for sale. Rights should be seen to increase their social status.

– Revenue Minister Dharmana Prasada Rao in the Legislature on 25th of last month

But long ago, the lands were transferred from the heirs/heirs to other hands. Most of them belong to the ruling party. It has been found that 13 thousand acres of assigned land has changed hands in Anantapur district. Those who bought these are sending the original claimants to the revenue officials for ownership rights. After getting the ownership rights, they are making agreements with them to hand over the land to us again.

Today- Amaravati: The government has decided to give ownership rights to the degree holders on agricultural lands assigned decades ago in the state. Based on pre-2003 distribution lists and other records, are the lands held by the owners and heirs? The district officials are collecting the details of whether they are in the possession of others and sending them to the revenue department. On the other hand, advance agreements are being made for the purchase of these lands. With the intention that the prices of these lands will increase after the ownership rights are granted. After the collection of these is completed, the revenue department will issue orders on the removal of lands from the prohibited list. Many of the assignees have already sold the lands and they have changed hands. DKT degree registers are not available in many places. Alternatively RSR, Scrutiny is done on the basis of Prohibited List, Deepatta and FMB held by the beneficiaries. In this order, the local leaders are putting pressure on the revenue staff to change the details in the records and make changes in their favor. The market values of the assigned lands have increased tremendously. In this background, attempts are being made to create fake DK tracks where DK registers are not available. Many of the original pattadars sold their land less than four years ago. As per the Government orders only the true heirs/heirs will get the rights on the assigned lands. In this order, some buyers are trying to show that they are in possession of the tracks by entering into agreements with the original assignees. Local leaders are putting pressure on the revenue staff to make changes in their favour. As per the Government orders only the true heirs/heirs will get the rights on the assigned lands. In this order, some buyers are trying to show that the tracks are in their possession by entering into agreements with the original assignees. As per the Government orders only the true heirs/heirs will get the rights on the assigned lands. In this order, some buyers are trying to show that they are in possession of the tracks by entering into agreements with the original assignees.

13 thousand acres in ‘Anantha’ is alienated

2.22 lakh acres were distributed to 78 thousand assigned beneficiaries in Anantapur district. It is noteworthy that up to 13 thousand acres are in the hands of 5,769 people in the third party (owners, not their heirs) category. Out of 137 acres of assigned land in Dendulur mandal of Eluru district, 106 acres are owned by a single family. Out of 15 thousand acres in T. Narasapuram mandal, only 5 thousand acres are left in the hands of the beneficiaries. Lands were bought by muttzeppi farmers either for money or for money. On the other hand, the leaders of the ruling party are inquiring about the valuable assigned lands in the joint Guntur and Krishna districts. Efforts are being made to create fake tracks in these districts too. In some places, there are no records of the distribution of degrees. Anandapuram, Padmanabham, Pendurthi, Bhimili, Visakha Gramin in Visakha District, About 3 thousand acres of assigned lands in Pedagantyada mandals have changed hands somewhere. It is known that a minister from the capital region recently visited Visakhapatnam in connection with the purchase of assigned lands. It is reported that several leaders of the ruling party have bought assigned lands in Anandapuram mandal at the rate of Rs.30 lakh per acre. Before issuing ownership rights orders, the government collected the details of assigned lands from one village in each mandal. In some places, 40 to 50% of the land was found to be in the possession of others. It seems that the ruling party leaders are pressuring the revenue staff to change the assigned lands in their favor knowing that ownership rights are going to be provided. Others are trying to create fake tracks. In some places, 40 to 50% of the land was found to be in the possession of others. It seems that the ruling party leaders are pressuring the revenue staff to change the assigned lands in their favor knowing that ownership rights are going to be provided. Others are trying to create fake tracks. In some places, 40 to 50% of the land was found to be in the possession of others. It seems that the ruling party leaders are pressuring the revenue staff to change the assigned lands in their favor knowing that ownership rights are going to be provided. Others are trying to create fake tracks.
