On the other hand, the high court ordered the ACB court not to take up the hearing on the custody petition filed by the CID till the 18th of this month. Chandrababu’s lawyer Siddhartha Luthra brought to the attention of the High Court the fact that the CID filed a petition in the ACB court seeking 5-day custody of Chandrababu. As a result, the high court ordered that no inquiry be conducted on the CID petition. The High Court has adjourned the hearing on the petition filed by Chandrababu seeking anticipatory bail in the Rajdhani Inner Ring Road case to 19th of this month.
