Today, Nalgonda: ‘There is no condition for Congress to win in the state. Believing in that party, farmers in Karnataka started planting. The leaders of that party want votes, positions, piravis and contracts but they don’t care about people’s sufferings. A dozen people are contesting for the post of CM in Telangana Congress. They are fighting for it. CM KCR asked the people to vote by looking at the attitude, viewpoint and perspective of the competing parties. CM KCR participated in public blessing meetings held on Tuesday in Hujurnagar, Miryalaguda and Devarakonda in the joint Nalgonda district. MLAs campaigned in support of Sanampudi Saidireddy (Huzurnagar), Nallamotu Bhaskar Rao (Miryalaguda) and Ramawat Ravindra Kumar (Devarakonda). On this occasion, KCR in his speeches criticized the Congress and explained what they will do if they come back to power. “Dindi lifting was delayed due to lawsuits by Congress leaders. All the complications of the court are being resolved now. We will complete it soon. Irrigation woes will be over in two, two and a half years. They have referred to the Krishna Tribunal because we have been fighting with the Center for ten years for water share. Congress miscreants are attacking our MLA candidate with knives and creating anarchy. We haven’t bothered anyone for ten years. As long as KCR is alive, the state will remain secular.
If the Sagar is built at Eleshwaram, it will produce abundant water
The Nagarjunasagar project will be 20 km away from the present area. If constructed at Eleswaram at the top, Nalgonda district would get abundant water. During the Congress regime, movements had to be done to get water to the left canal. We have irrigated 16 crops in the last nine years. I am responsible for keeping the crops from drying up. We will water the left canal soon after checking the dates. In Palakeedu, Mathampally and Mellacheruvu mandals, when the last lands did not receive water, the Congress leaders did not fight even though they held ministerial posts. The government should be chosen by comparing the present situation with the past situation.
Jobs for all locals
All the thermal power stations in the state are located in the Godavari belt. We are constructing an ultra mega thermal power plant at a cost of Rs.30 thousand crores at Damaracharli on the banks of Krishna river in Miryalaguda constituency. We will complete it soon and provide jobs to all locals. Five reservoirs and one barrage at Devarakonda will be completed soon as part of the Palamuru-Ranga Reddy uplifts. This will solve the irrigation problem of this area. When our government comes again.. within a month we will set up an agricultural polytechnic in Devarakonda. CM KCR explained that it is my responsibility to stay here for a whole day and see that all the work is completed. Minister Jagadish Reddy, MLC Kotireddy, Nalgonda ZP Chairman Banda Narender Reddy, MLAs Saidireddy, Bhaskar Rao, Ravindra Kumar, MP Badugula Lingaya Yadav and others participated in those meetings.
CM KCR meetings in Satthupalli and Illendu today
Today, Hyderabad: As part of the election campaign, Chief Minister KCR will participate in public meetings organized in Satthupalli of Khammam district and Illendulu in Bhadradri Kothagudem district on Wednesday. He will take off from Hyderabad in a special helicopter at 2 pm and attend the meetings first at Satthupalli and then at Illendu.
