A 67-year-old woman who was on her morning walk was killed and her husband injured when a speeding motorcycle rider knocked them down on Kurubarahalli main road under Vijayanagar traffic limits.
The victim Jayamma sustained severe head injuries on tuesday succumbed at the hospital on Saturday.While her husband Narasimha Murthy,71,sustained multiple injuries was recovering.
Based on the complaint , the Vijayanagar traffic police have registered a case of death due to negligence and investigating further .
