he Cubbon park police have registered an FIR against senior executives of internationally reputed lululemon company for harassing their female employees seeking sexual favours.
Based on the complaint,the cubbon park police have registered an FIR against Senior Vice President, Vice President, Senior Manager and senior architect charging them sexual harassment and outraging the modesty and verbal abuse and criminal intimidation against them.
The victim in her complaint said that the accused would force her to attend late night parties,night dinners and stay at hotel.
When the victim refused they threatened to oblige to them if she want to work with them and told her to cooperate.
The victim raised complaint with the CEO and HR but in vain.
The accused also forced the female employees to wear tight fitted clothes and western dresses to work.
Based on the complaint the police have summoned the accused to appear for qustioning to record their statement and for further investigations .
